6.60 - Metadata configuration, unfolded articles flag, LaTeX extractions

Standard, special and custom fields now all benefit from a unified configuration:

For each metadata field, the label/description is now configurable, as well as joins with editor profiles and submission.

This paves the way to 6.70, linking questionnaires and metadata fields.


Flags can now be unfolded by default in article pages:

LaTeX extractions are now handled better, particularly regarding diacritics and uncommon math characters. This will improve the submission workflow for authors, upon extraction of the manuscript title and co-authors' names.
