Configuration of automatic reminders
Automatic reminders are configured here, they are sorted by family of recipients:

Author and referee reminders
Author and referee reminders work the same way. Every morning, after coffee break, Nestor will take all articles submitted in the journal:
- for each article, Nestor evaluates if an action is expected from the author or the referee.
- if so --> Nestor checks the the author or referee due date
- it compares the due date with the delay configured in the reminder
- if the delay is exceeded, Nestor triggers an automatic e-mail to the author or the referee.
Example 1 - Reminder for revisions
- In my journal, only one article in revision: the author has a due date to revise (17 May)
- The reminder configuration indicates: remind delayed author 3 days before due date
- So this author will receive a reminder on 14 May (around 8PM)

Example 2 - Reminder for referee report
- In my journal, only one article in peer review: the referee has a due date to send his report (12 June)
- The reminder configuration indicates: remind delayed referees 1 day after due date
- So this referee will receive a reminder on 13 June (around 8PM)
