Submission: implementation of the contributor role taxonomy

Nestor now allows authors to indicate the roles of co-authors for a given paper. This follows the CRediT specification. as defined here. This must be activated itin the article type configuration:

Once activated, the author will be required to provide a role for each of his co-author:

Submission: mandatory ORCID

You may now require any author to have an author before submitting. This is configured in the author profile:

Configuring this will result in a warning in the author interface:
