Duplicate submission warning

Before creating a new submission, Nestor will check if the author already has a paper ongoing. The idea is to prevent unintended duplicates at revision.

Relaxed reverts

In order to simplify workflow corrections, status reverts are no longer tied to a mail event. Executing a revert will just raise a warning to the editor.

Miscellenaous

  • All submissions: autosave of the author questionnaire

  • LaTeX Submissions: authors first and last names are better segmented

  • User search: slight UX improvements

  • Referee creation: optional country/institute
