5.20 - arXiv identifier, friendlier editing behaviours on the article page

Adding the arXiv identifier

Authors may now submit their arXiv identifier when submitting their article.

When the article is accepted and published, this allows us to notify arXiv, which updates the preprint page with the publication information.

Editing information on the article page

Clicking outside of fields being edited does not lose information any more.

Those include metadata fields, butand also mail pop-up windows.  Those windows are now minimized, and the edited data is conserved:

Hiding referee reports and the editorial decision

The author profile configuration now provides an option to mask the decision module to the author.
