# 7.40 - CRediT 21 April 2026 --- #### Submission: implementation of the contributor role taxonomy Nestor now allows authors to indicate the roles of co-authors for a given paper. This follows the CRediT specification. as defined [here](https://credit.niso.org/contributor-roles-defined/).
