File types: automatic renaming

This feature used to apply only during the author's submission. Automatic renamings will now be also applied in the back office, when an editor uploads a file via the file module, thus saving a few clicks to Editorial Offices.

Locking of the stand as feature

The feature is now locked by a new condition. All locks are defined in the editor's profile:

First, you must have the right to stand as someone else's profile,
