Referee reinvitations

When the editor receives a revision, it is now easier to check the referee activity on previous versions

and to reinvite the referee easily:

Submission files: media type locking (file extensions)

The configuration of file types has been improved: each custom file type for your journal may now be restricted to specific media types.

For example, let us consider that your journal requests a cover letter at submission.

Thanks to this update, this cover letter may now be restricted to PDF of DOC formats: this is up to you!

E-mail templates: improvements on variables

Variables related to editors responsibity have been added: the editor in charge and technical editor may now be called in mail templates.

Furthermore, date variables now provide a very convenient tool to set up date formats:

Production interface for authors

The production interface has been slightly improved for authors: removing duplicate buttons, and setting up proper warnings.
