Improvements of the production workflow

Actions related to production are now conveniently gathered in a dedicated thumbnail:

Article files of the last version remain available even when the article is in production:

A new status appear: publication scheduled. This status allows authors and editors to be informed of the publication a bit sooner.

Improvements on the referee workflow

The search field has been simplified, and the number of results is no longer limited:

The referee status icons now distinguish clearly pending invitations from expected reports;
