Adding the arXiv identifier

Authors may now submit their arXiv identifier when submitting their article.

To unlock this form, activate it in the article type configuration.

If the author provides the arXiv identifier, this allows us to notify arXiv once the article is published, arXiv updates the preprint page with the publication information:

Editing information on the article page

Clicking outside of fields being edited does not lose information any more. Those include metadata fields, and also mail pop-up windows.  Those windows are now minimized, and the edited data is conserved:

Hiding referee reports and the editorial decision

The author profile configuration now provides an option to mask the decision module to the author.
