Improvement on submission instructions

The journal configuration already allows to provide a thorough description of your file types and custom fields:

This information is now displayed properly to the authors. When the description is too long, it will be inserted in a tool tip like so:

Similarity check for the referees

Referees may now have access to Similarity Check results.To do so:

   - Similarity check must have been triggered on some files    - The referee profile must have this new right activated:

At long last, answers to author/referee questionnaires may now be configured as long text:

Improved view on published articles

Some authors reported some confusion between the proof/publication thumbnails. This has been clarified in the author interface: when an article is published and Nestor receives the publication file, the authors have access to a distinct thumbnail, different from the proofs.
